HOA news letter – Print copies will be available at the club house for pickup. Hand delivery will be available upon request. For hand delivery please call 727-808-2101 and leave a message requesting hand delivery with your name and property address. We will gladly add your name to the list. Note: Email basts will continue for owners who have an email address on file.

Briar Patch HOA encourages owners who have damaged garage doors to replace or repair them, in accordance with item “I” page 14 of 15 of the Amended and Restated Bylaws, within the current calendar year before painting is being done for your building.  Schedule is posted at the clubhouse.
